Noxious Awakening is a music track that is unlocked upon entering the Slayer boss Araxxor's arena. Though killing the boss requires level 92 Slayer and an araxyte Slayer task, players do not need 92 Slayer or an araxyte Slayer task in order to enter his lair to unlock the track.
