Acidic Araxytes are a type of araxyte who hatch from green eggs during the battle with Araxxor. They use accurate ranged attacks that can deal up to 15 damage, and scatters acid pools around it upon death.

Players will always max hit when attacking them with a crush or heavy Ranged weapon (such as a crossbow or ballista) if crush or ranged is their highest accuracy style respectively, or the noxious halberd.

Araxxor's minions and eggs are considered by the game to be part of an araxyte task without decrementing the task count, allowing the accuracy and damage buff of the Slayer helm to be utilised against them.

With high boosted stats and strong gear, they can be killed in one hit by a noxious halberd or heavy ballista with dragon javelins, or two hits by a hunters' sunlight crossbow with moonlight bolts. Alternatively players can leave them alive if they don't mind taking extra damage in the fight.
