A fake wall located in the basement of the Carnillean Mansion hides access to a secret room. During Secrets of the North, the south-west cooking shelves must be searched to find a button that unlocks the wall, allowing passage into the secret room. The same wall exists inside the secret room to provide access back into the kitchen. After the quest is complete, the wall no longer has an inspect option, so the secret room cannot be accessed.
