The Duke note is an item obtained during the quest Secrets of the North. It can be found by searching the damaged table in the south-eastern room within the Ghorrock Dungeon.

It is used to discover the solutions to the various puzzles and passcodes within the dungeon; players must fill in the blank letters using the strange list. When filled, the names appear in this order:
