A chest is found in the Ghorrock Dungeon during Secrets of the North. The chest is found in the centre room and has a number lock that must be solved before it can be opened. Once opened, the chest contains a smaller icy chest needed to complete the puzzle.
The solution to the number lock is found by reading the settlements note, then tracing out each path on the ancient map. Each path forms the shape of a numeral, resulting in the number 7402.
While opening the chest, it is temporarily replaced by an open chest. After completing the quest, the chest is replaced by an identical chest with no search option.
