The Shayzien Prison is an underground prison found west of Shayzien. Several guards and a Head Guard can be found here guarding the cells. A range and sink can be found here as well.
During the quest A Kingdom Divided, players travel to the prison to speak to Martin Holt in order to obtain information that could prove Kubec Unkar's corruptive practices within the Kourend Council.
After the quest, the remaining members of the Council are arrested and are held in custody here, where they await their trials.
