The Fishing Hamlet is a ruined settlement found east of the Wintertodt Camp in the Northern Tundras. The hamlet used to be inhabited by many people, but only one person, a Fremennik named Rakkar, remains.

The south-westernmost house contains a smelly journal, which explains how the hamlet came to be almost entirely uninhabited. The hamlet also features a small improvised shrine consisting of a strange shell surrounded by lit candles. Burnt, dead trees can also be found around the hamlet, which can be chopped for charcoal. The presence of the burnt trees suggests that the hamlet burned down, explaining the ruined state of the buildings.
