Xeric's Lookout is an abandoned tower found in the south-east corner of Shayzien. Xeric's talisman can teleport players here.
The look out was presumably occupied by Xeric, and appears to be very untidy, being littered with crates, papers, and broken glass, suggesting that the lookout has not been used in a long time.
On the top of the look out, there is a telescope looking east, and a red arrow on the floor pointing west.
During A Kingdom Divided, following the conspiracy of the Kourend Council, the player assembles the five House leaders of Great Kourend here. They draw out a new version of the Royal Accord of Twill named Rose's Accord, formally removing the Council from power and instating the Hosidius family as the new Royal family of Great Kourend.
