Amy is the founder and head of Mahogany Homes and resides in Falador. Players can sign up with her to become part of her company and receive construction contracts from clients from Varrock, Falador, East Ardougne and Hosidius. The player can speak to her or one of her employees: Marlo, Ellie or Angelo to receive contracts.
Amy also offers the player rewards for their Carpenter points, which they receive from completing contracts. A total of 4,875 Carpenter points are needed to complete the Collection log which requires buying everything once.
