Wayne is the owner of the chainmail specialty shop, Wayne's Chains. He may be found in his shop, located in southern Falador. Wayne's Chains sells all chainmail up to adamant. Despite his cheap prices, his shop is normally deserted.
During the 2021 Christmas event, it is revealed he has been trying to obtain sets of goblin mail in order to complete Goblin Diplomacy and become an adventurer, eventually hoping to join the Legends' Guild.
