The 2021 Christmas event was the Christmas holiday event that began on 16 December 2021 and ended on 5 January 2022.
During the event, the player helped the Squire clean Sir Vyvin's armour by obtaining ingredients for a secret recipe. The player was then forced to search for missing items, solve riddles and build snowmen in order to obtain all the ingredients for the secret recipe. Only then could the Squire save himself from making the biggest accident, the likes of which has never been seen before!
The event began outside the White Knights' Castle inside of Falador. The holiday event icon 
Walkthrough
Speak to Squire outside the White Knights' Castle. He will tell you that his life is over. He has had an accident, the likes of which has never been seen before. The Squire will play the part of Santa for the grotto in the Falador Christmas Festival. In a rush to get things ready for the grotto, he put his Santa outfit in the wash together with Sir Vyvin's white armour and the armour has turned pink! Sir Vyvin needs his armour, and it needs to be white. If it can't be cleaned before the festival, the Squire will be fired from his job and thus have nowhere to go. Offer to help the Squire and help him clean the armour so that he can focus on other things. The Squire knows of a magical cleaning potion, it gets the stains out of anything and he needs a few items which can be combined using a secret recipe. Sadly, the Squire has none of the items. The Squire asks you to bring him three ingredients for the potion. A festive white wine, a festive cinnamon and a festive holly. The Squire notes them down on a paper that you can bring with you. He also notes some extra details to help you out and the notes should update as you go to keep track of things.
Chocolate chips
Go south of the west Falador bank and speak to Herquin in the gem shop. Unfortunately he has run into a problem, Herquin is baking some gingerbread gnomes for the Falador Christmas Festival, however, he has run out of chocolate chips and none of the shops have them in stock. You offer to exchange some chocolate chips for some festive cinnamon. Herquin could only think of one thing. His good friend Larry's two children, Buoy and Gurl often come and visit him during the week. They always play south of his house and there is a nice grassy area with some bushes and trees to climb. Perhaps the chocolate chips are located there. Walk south of the gem shop and search the bushes until you find two chocolate chip bags. Return to Herquin and he will give you the Festive cinnamon in exchange for the two bags of chocolate chips.
Cecilia's presents
Cecilia, who is located on the bridge in Falador park, runs the secret Santa for the Falador Christmas Festival but it has all gone wrong. She has the presents but doesn't know whom to deliver them to. You will have to solve three riddles in order to deliver the three packages to the correct person.
- The green present shall be delivered to the hairdresser, located north of the western Falador bank. The hairdresser will offer you a free haircut (this can complete a Falador Easy Diary task). Show map
- The blue present shall be delivered to Wyson the gardener, located in the eastern house in the Falador park. Show map
- The red present shall be delivered to Wayne, located in the chainmail shop south of the White Knights' Castle. Show map
Return to Cecilia on the bridge in the Falador park and tell her that you have delivered the presents and she will give you the Festive holly.
The snowmen
Talk to Larry, located south of the Falador Party Room, and he will tell you that Gurl and Buoy want some help building their snowman. Talk to the children and they will explain what seems to be the issue. Return to Larry and tell him that you will help the children.
If you need a spade, there is one in a snowpile directly outside Larry's house, which can only be obtained after talking to him a second time confirming you will help the children.
Return to the children and dig at least 8 snow from the piles of snow around the children. Roll the snowballs to the correct size and place the snowball on the scuffed snow next to the children.
Buoy needs the following snowballs on the west scuffed snow in the following order:
Gurl needs the following snowballs on the east scuffed snow in the following order:
Once you have placed all the snowballs on the scuffed snow, you can talk to the children and then return to Larry and he will give you Festive white wine.
Cleaning the armour
Return to the White Knight's Castle and talk to the Squire. He will tell you the secret recipe, mixing the three ingredients on each other to make the magical cleaning potion. Either use the festive cinnamon on the festive white wine to mix it or incorrectly use the festive holly on the festive white wine for a humorous dialogue. Either way will work.
Talk to the Squire once again and he will give you a set of pink stained armour. Use the magical cleaning potion on the three armour pieces and then speak to the Squire. He will now tell you to talk to Sir Vyvin, he lives in the White Knights' Castle in Falador in the eastern part of the 2nd floor. Talk to Sir Vyvin and give him the clean armour.
Christmas festivities
Return to the Squire and he thanks you for the help. He invites you to the Christmas festivities located west of the eastern Falador bank. There you can talk to any of the NPCs. In order to complete the Christmas event, you talk to Cecilia south of Falador park near the Grotto. A cutscene will start and Santa will give you a big present which will give you the rewards.
