2025 Christmas event

The 2025 Christmas event, officially Christmas Din-Dins at the Blue Moon Inn, is the Christmas holiday event that took place from 10 December 2025 to 7 January 2026.

Players began it by speaking to the cook in the Blue Moon Inn. The holiday event icon displayed the location of the event on the world map and minimap. A lineup of Sir Prysin, Aggie, Jobless Jim, Hans, Karim, Oziach, Rommik, Doris, and Herquin has formed outside the Blue Moon Inn - they are all waiting to have a Christmas meal at the Blue Moon Inn; you will be serving the first three people in line.

Head to the Blue Moon Inn located in Varrock and talk to the bartender, who will tell you that they are extremely busy due to the holiday rush and are looking for helpers, directing you to the cook. Talk to the cook, and you will offer to help in exchange for a free Christmas dinner. He will give you a serving platter.

You will now need to serve the first customer, Sir Prysin. Greet him at the door, bring him to an empty table, then ask him what he wants to drink. Fetch the drink from the bar area. If you forget what drink you need, inspect the platter.

• From the west half of the bar, going from south to north, the available drinks are: beer, dwarven stout, cider. From the east half of the bar, going from south to north, the available drinks are: eggnog, milk, chocolate milk, wine.

After grabbing his drink, speak to Sir Prysin again, asking him what he wants to eat. He will ask for a main dish and three side dishes. Go to the basement and search the crates for the food he requested. Note that some crates contain the main dishes and other crates contain the side dishes. If you forget what dishes you need, inspect the platter.

Once you have the dishes he requested, speak to the cook, who will prepare the meal. Serve the meal to Sir Prysin.

After you serve Sir Prysin his drink and meal, you will need to repeat the process with Aggie and Jobless Jim. As before, seat them, serve their drink, then serve their food.

Once you have served Jobless Jim, seat yourself at the final empty table. As promised, the cook will bring you your own Christmas dinner.

• Oziach's and the player's dispute about cauliflower not being "traditional" for Christmas dinner, and the player making a 'Christmas joke' to an unamused Sir Prysin are references to the television show Peep Show.
• Mod Freddie can be seen and examined behind the snowman in the final cutscene.
• All of the variants of existing characters standing in line have had their original examine text modified to include references to the holiday event.
• This is the first Christmas event in the game's history to not have played Scape Santa on the login screen, and the first in OSRS's history to have not changed the login screen to the Christmas variant. This seems to be due to the Sailing login screen taking priority until the end of the year.
