The dragonstone key is a scrapped item which was originally intended to be used during Desert Treasure II, where it would be used to open the gate to the asylum within the Ghorrock Prison.

The dragonstone key would be mentioned by the assassin, where he tells the player that he has obtained it and can be used to open the way to the asylum.
