A giant key grants players access to Obor's lair in the Hill Giant section of the Edgeville Dungeon. The key is not consumed when unlocking access to Obor's lair for the first time.

It is consumed when used to unlock the chest inside Obor's lair. It is possible to hold more than one giant key at once.

For hill giants located in the Wilderness, the drop rate is doubled to 1/64.

With a Giantsoul amulet and Desert amulet 4, players can kill Obor 120+ times per hour when using burning claws, giving approximately 8 keys per hour.
