A combat damaged key is a key obtained from the closed chest found in the tank route of the Monkey Madness II maze dungeon under Ape Atoll. This key can only be obtained by players who must follow the inner route. Players who follow the outer (southern) route will instead obtain a combat scratched key. These two keys are the tank route's counterpart to the agility route's bronze key.
