Nieve is an item that may be placed into the player's inventory when Nieve is following them during Chapter IV of Monkey Madness II. Dropping it will cause Nieve to follow the player, much like a pet does.

The circumstances in which it may be forced into the inventory is unknown, although the item may have been created as a failsafe measure in the event of a glitch.
