Prince itzla arkan is an item that may be placed into the player's inventory when Prince Itzla Arkan is following them during The Heart of Darkness. Dropping it will cause him to follow the player, much like a pet does.
Because he cannot be picked up normally, the follower item is not intended to be received by players, but is used as a failsafe measure in the event that the Prince Itzla Arkan follower is forced into the player's backpack.
