Archibald

Archibald is a rascal egg from the 2026 Easter event. He can be stored inside the menagerie in a player-owned house. As he is considered an extra rather than a pet, he counts towards the cap of 12 extras which can be stored in the menagerie at once.

He may also be used as a substitute for a player to open the doors in the Waterbirth Island Dungeon, similarly to egg and the pet rock.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room.

• The examine text during the church cutscene ("Take a leap of faith and soar like an eagle into a haystack.") is a reference to the Leap of Faith from the Assassin's Creed franchise, in which members of the Assassin Brotherhood leap from tall buildings into soft piles of hay uninjured.
• The examine text "Would a ruby ring look good on me?" during the event is a reference to how Archibald is finally captured in front of the Varrock west bank vault, which contains a ruby ring spawn.
