The book of egg is an item that can be obtained from participating in any Easter event, and was first obtained from the 2024 Easter event. Similar to a god book, it can be used to preach, causing the player to exclaim All eggs doth shine glory upon the world, A golden yolk, the finest shell. Easter's majesty, of this now I yell!.

Despite the aesthetics of this item, it does not count as a god book for the sake of Prayer bonus, Treasure Trails, or protection from any followers in the God Wars Dungeon.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2024: Egg priest vestments set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
