Eggus Manus

Eggus Manus is the leader of the egg priests. He appeared during the 2024 and 2025 Easter events.

During the event, he takes the player to the church of Ayaster and gives the player the book Yolklore of ayaster. After the player discovers that Eggus Manus and the priests are confusing Ayaster for "Easter", the player introduces them to the Easter Bunny to prove that easter eggs are just chocolate.

Eggus is initially feeling down and can be found in the event area after players progress through the initial steps of the event. To cheer him up, players need to speak to Eggus to receive the recipe for making easter buns. Eggus also provides hints about gathering the required ingredients, such as yeastier dough, a special egg, raisins, and Easter spices.

After the player bakes the easter buns, Eggus will eat one bun, and the player must also eat one before delivering the final bun to the Easter Bunny.

• Manus means "hand" or "of the hand" in Latin. This makes Eggus Manus a macaronic pun, roughly translating to "The Hand of the Egg".
• Conversation ^[1] in the 2024 Easter event appears to reference Warhammer 40,000 lore, indicating he may be a reference to Primarch Ferrus Manus.
