The propeller hat is an item that can be obtained from participating in any Easter event, and was first obtained from the 2021 Easter event. It is purely cosmetic, and despite having a propeller on the top, does not have any special interactions that make the propeller spin.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room.

• If the player talks to Gregg at Draynor while wearing a propeller hat, Gregg compliments the player's looks.
• During the 2021 Easter event, Thessalia tells the player that the hat was made by an intern. This may have been referring to Mod Alfred, who was an artist for the Old School team in 2014, and had originally made the hat (then referred to as the "noob hat") as part of the Treasure Trails expansion in 2014, but was ultimately scrapped.
