The anima portal is an item used during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire, where it is obtained by searching Ketla's workbench in her house in the Lassar Undercity's Residential District after giving her the anima portal schematic.

When placed in the Undercity, it will cause Lost Souls in the Shadow Realm to attack it instead of the player. When players exit the Shadow Realm, the blackstone fragment can recall it back to the player's inventory from wherever they were placed.
