The revitalising idol is an item used during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire, where it is obtained by searching Ketla's workbench in her house in the Lassar Undercity's Residential District after giving her the revitalising idol schematic.

When placed in the Undercity, interacting with it within the Shadow Realm will recover a percentage of the player's sanity. When players exit the Shadow Realm, the blackstone fragment can recall it back to the player's inventory from wherever they were placed.
