Rock-climbing boots are an unobtainable item released along with the Grand Exchange as a joke. It is impossible to actually buy it, because the item only appears when searching the Grand Exchange, and is not an item that can actually be obtained.

• The item is a reference to a controversial update in RuneScape 3 on 24 June 2010 where climbing boots were changed to rock climbing boots, and the price was increased from 12 coins to 75,000 coins.
• The examine is a reference to the song These Boots Are Made for Walkin' by Nancy Sinatra.
