Goutweed is a fake version of goutweed seen during My Arm's Big Adventure during the cutscene when Burntmeat cooks the Adventurer. Like all of the Adventurer's possessions, it is actually a fake item that is untradeable and has no value. If players were ever able to obtain the item it would not be useable as real goutweed.
