Lathas' amulet is a discontinued quest item from the Elf quest series. It was given out as part of the reward for the Biohazard quest in RuneScape Classic. Players were given the amulet by King Lathas so that he could inform them upon the discovery of a way into the forests of Isafdar; similar to how Lathas' Messenger appears for Regicide. The amulet's gem was green until the release of Underground Pass, when it changed red. To begin the quest, players needed to visit King Lathas.

The amulet was also originally required in RuneScape Classic to gain access to the Combat Training Camp. Players had to show the amulet to the Guard outside to gain permanent access. At some point however, this requirement was removed.

The amulet could still be obtained as a reward from Biohazard during the early stages of RuneScape 2 but was discontinued at some point before July 2004. As a result, it has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape.

• The amulet's model is identical to the Armadyl pendant and Pendant of Lucien, but with a red gem.
