The Trailblazer trophy was an unobtainable cosmetic reward that was originally meant to be obtainable by being in the top 100 of players in the Leagues Hiscores by the end of the Trailblazer League. In response to player feedback that Jagex was encouraging an unhealthy lifestyle, the trophy was withdrawn from rewards in 2 September 2020 poll blog.

When equipped, the trophy could be right-clicked to perform the Trophy Emote.
