An unfinished cocktail was previously obtained during Gnome cooking when making a Fruit blast. It could be made by adding a Pineapple, an Orange, and a Lemon to a Cocktail shaker, then pouring this into a Cocktail glass. Some Lemon slices could then be added to complete the Fruit blast. If a mistake was made at any point, an Odd cocktail would be received instead.

As this process was unnecessarily intricate, it was altered with the Gnome Restaurant rework in 2006. Now, the initial ingredients are automatically added to the cocktail shaker to create a Mixed blast. The secondary ingredients are also automatically added at once by pouring the Mixed blast into a cocktail glass.

Because the item was removed before 2007, it has never been present in Old School RuneScape. However, it remains in the game files.
