A fruit blast is a type of drink that restores 9 Hitpoints when consumed. It can be obtained by mixing 1 pineapple, 1 orange, and 1 lemon. You must then finish the cocktail by adding lemon slices as a garnish, requiring level 6 Cooking to complete. To create the cocktail, click "Mix-cocktail" on a cocktail shaker. All ingredients and tools can be bought from Funch's Fine Groceries just east of the Blurberry Bar.
Ashes can be added to a fruit blast to create a dirty blast, which is a requirement for the first part of Recipe for Disaster.
The ingredients to make a fruit blast can easily be acquired one time by speaking to Blurberry, reading the cocktail guide he gives you, then speaking to him again.
A fruit blast may also be obtained from the Ocean Man, or by using the Level 3 certificate from The Dig Site quest on Curator Haig Halen and choosing a drink.
Note: A premade fr' blast will NOT work for the quest Recipe for Disaster, as players need to make their own. Purchasing a fruit blast from the Grand Exchange will work.
