A premade worm hole is a type of gnomish food that can be bought from the gnome waiter in Gianne's Restaurant in the north-west corner of the 1st floor of the Grand Tree. Premade foods cannot be used in the Gnome restaurant activity.

Premade worm holes can only be used to heal 12 hitpoints, just like the Worm hole that can be made by players with the Cooking skill.
