A worm hole is a food that players consume in one bite, healing 12 hitpoints. Players may need to make one as part of Training part I for the Gnome Restaurant minigame. Premade worm holes are sold by gnome waiters in the north-west corner of the 1st floor of the Grand Tree for 150 coins, with 3 in stock.

Members can make a worm hole via gnome cooking with 30 Cooking, yielding 170 experience. Like all gnome foods, they stop burning at Cooking level 38.

This food is an order in the Gnome Restaurant minigame and may also be obtained by completing an order through a Gnome restaurant Reward token. Like all gnome cooking, premade versions cannot be used in the minigame.

Gianne dough, gnomebowl moulds, onions, equa leaves, and gnome spice can be bought from the Gnome Cook named Hudo who is located in the north-west corner the 1st floor of the Grand Tree. While king worms are not sold, they may be found in the swamp north-west of the Grand Tree, in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.

1. Use a gianne dough on a gnomebowl mould to make a raw gnomebowl
2. Cook the raw gnomebowl on a range to make half baked bowl
3. Prepare a half made bowl (worm hole) with 4 king worms, 2 onions, and gnome spice
4. Cook the half made bowl (worm hole) on a range to make unfinished bowl (worm hole)
5. Use equa leaves on the unfinished bowl (worm hole) to finish a worm hole
