"Olive stuffer" was the name originally given to an unobtainable item that existed in the game cache. It was created to replace the noted form of the wolfbane lever. Since items could not be fully removed once created, it was added in a hidden update in 2005 to fill this slot. The actual item was just a copy of a pink skirt.

If players attempted to view the olive stuffer in game by using cheating software, they would be given a hex edit detected instead.

It was deleted from the game cache in 2007, being replaced by the abyssal whip from My Arm's Big Adventure. The whip had originally taken the slot of the noted triangle sandwich, but had to be moved when the Triangle sandwich became tradeable again with the release of Tower of Life.

• The name and examine are a reference to the sketch Los Olividados by the comedy duo Flanders and Swann.
