A broken tiara was an unobtainable item released with the Runecrafting update.
Originally the Law tiara was tradeable and could be turned into banknotes. This allowed players to access the Law altar and craft law runes without having completed Troll Stronghold. This oversight was fixed shortly afterwards, and any noted Law tiaras left in players' inventories were replaced with broken tiaras.
As this occurred prior to August 2007, these items have never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape. They were deleted from the game cache entirely in 2025.
