A Cooked karambwan is an unobtainable version of the Poison karambwan. Poison karambwans could previously be traded and turned into bank notes; however, they were made untradeable in July 2006 due to frequent use in scams. Any player who had a noted poison karambwan was given this now discontinued item.

Its name and examine reflect those of the original Poison karambwan, before they were updated later in 2007.

As this change occurred prior to August 2007, the item has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape.
