The halberd is an unobtainable item released alongside RuneScape 2. Although it is classified internally as a weapon, it lacks a wield option and does not have any equip animations defined.
Its release predates the release of obtainable halberds by several months. Presumably it was created in order to test the implementation of the new halberd weapons in RuneScape 2 while Regicide was developed.
