The relic is an unobtainable item seen in the cutscene during Devious Minds. Players doing the quest unwittingly help an assassin reach Entrana, at which point he slays the monks who were protecting it and steals it. After the theft, the High Priest tells the player to inform Sir Tiffy Cashien of the events. Sir Tiffy tells the player that he will be "in touch" later. It appears to have a star of Saradomin carved on it.

The item briefly appears on the floor during the cutscene after being dropped by a Monk, before it is taken by the Assassin. However, it cannot be taken by the player.

It is revealed during Desert Treasure II that the relic is one of the three artefacts Azzanadra had been searching for in order to contact Zaros, alongside the Strange icon and the Frostenhorn. The relic has presumably been destroyed by Sliske after the events of Devious Minds.
