The Restored shield is an unobtainable item released with the rework of Shield of Arrav. Presumably it would have been formed by combining the two halves of the Broken shield, but this is impossible as the player can only ever have one.

It was replaced with the Shield of Arrav with the release of Defender of Varrock.

• The restored shield weighs exactly the same as the two halves of the Broken shield combined.
• It can be seen on display in the Varrock Museum after the quest, but as a scenery object rather than an item.
