Overview
Since Wintertodt will be unavailable during the league, the best way to train Firemaking will be burning logs. Firemaking can be levelled with Woodcutting if logs are not needed for other purposes.

Training
Kingdom management can provide a maximum of 892 maple logs per day, which are worth 135 base Firemaking experience each. Using a 16x experience multiplier, it would take at least 13 days to obtain enough logs for 25 million Firemaking experience.
The Shades of Mort'ton minigame may be a valid alternative training method, as it can provide up to 72K base Firemaking experience per hour at level 80, in addition to 18k base Prayer experience per hour, including the time necessary to gather and process resources.
