The Trailblazer cane is a cosmetic reward that is obtained alongside purchasing the tier 3 Trailblazer Relic Hunter, which costs 15,000 League points from the Leagues Reward Shop.

If players have the cane equipped while wearing the tier 3 Trailblazer Relic Hunter, they can right-click the equipped cane to perform the Trailblazer Relic emote, which is the animation used when unlocking a relic.

In addition, players can also perform the Trailblazer Area emote, where the symbol coming out of the map depends on the area the player is standing in. However, players cannot perform the emote that are not part of the nine regions players could unlock during Trailblazer League, such as a player-owned house or a random event area. Attempting to do so results in the chatbox stating "This seems like an odd place to perform this emote."

This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room. It can also be displayed (with the rest of the tier 3 Trailblazer Relic Hunter outfit) by using it on furniture built in the League hall's outfit stand space.
