The profit rate assumes 120 kills per hour. Your actual profit may be higher or lower depending on your speed, gear and stats.
For example, with Oathplate armour, Amulet of rancour, Infernal cape, Dragon hunter lance and Ferocious gloves one can achieve close to 160 kills per hour.
The simplest strategy is to have relatively high defence gear alongside Piety and simply kill the Wyverns. If on a slayer task, one can take an Expeditious bracelet to speed up the Slayer task.
