Composite bows are an uncommon bow type. They fire at a slightly faster speed than longbows and also have slightly higher accuracy, but they are notably harder to obtain as they are only found from Treasure Trails and cannot be made by Fletching (with the exception of the comp ogre bow). The Crystal bow can be considered a composite bow, given its speed and range, but it generates its own ammo and degrades unlike the others.
