Toktz-xil-ul, also known as obsidian throwing rings, are a one-handed thrown weapon that require level 60 Ranged. They are quite powerful, having stats equivalent to a magic shortbow in conjunction with rune arrows, making them one of the more powerful thrown weapons. Because of this, and the fact that they can be equipped with a shield, they are seen in PvP scenarios quite often even after the introduction of dragon knives. However, they are significantly more expensive than rune arrows, making them less practical for general use. It is part of the set of obsidian weapons.

25 of these are required to build an obsidian fence at level 83 Construction in the Superior garden of a player-owned house. This weapon has an attack range of 7 on rapid, and 9 on long range.

• The TzHaar-Xil who wield Toktz-xil-ul seem to be able to use them for melee attacks as well as ranged attacks. Players are only able to use them as ranged weapons, however.
• The weapon's design is based on the ancient Indian weapon chakram. It is one of two "throwing ring" style weapons, the other being the Tonalztics of ralos.
