A maple shortbow is a two-handed Ranged weapon that can be created with the Fletching skill at level 50 by using a bow string on a maple shortbow (u), granting 50 experience. A Ranged level of 30 is required to wield it. The bow can use arrows up to adamant. However, this bow isn't powerful enough for the use of broad arrows.
It is notable for being the best bow that free-to-play players can use.
