Cobado is the shop owner of Cobado's Groceries in Civitas illa Fortis. As noted by his examine text, he is wearing an orange as a hat, and has slightly different dialogue for players also wearing an orange as a hat.
If the player talks to Cobado while wearing an orange as a hat and having all Varlamore tokens in their possession (7 red tokens, 4 nasty tokens, and 1 purple token, he will reward you with 100,000 and a blueberry muffin. The tokens are not taken from your inventory, but the reward can only be obtained once.
If you talk to him with the purple token but not all of the other tokens in your inventory and haven't yet obtained the blueberry muffin, he will give you a singular coin. This can also only be obtained once.
