The Fortis Gem Stall is a gem shop in the bazaar within Civitas illa Fortis. It is run by the gem merchant, and stocks cut sapphires, emeralds, and rubies.
Players can steal from the gem stall, but it will cause the owner to call the guards, and the player won't be able to trade with the owner for at least 30 minutes.
