The Void Knights' Outpost is a small island in the very south of the current map, just south-west of Ape Atoll. It serves as the hub for the minigame Pest Control.
Transportation
Several methods of reaching the island exist:
Minigame teleport to Pest Control — island centre.
Pest Control teleport scroll — island centre.
- Talking to a Squire on the Port Sarim docks, which can be accessed quickly via charter ships across Gielinor.
- Sailing to and mooring at the island, requiring level 50 Sailing.

| Void Knights' archery store | A Ranged shop which sells both arrow tips and javelins from bronze to rune. |
| Void Knights' bank | The closest to Port Sarim and many places accessible by ship, by a free boat journey. Behind the bank is the Dodgy Squire, who exchanges Void Knight Equipment for about 80% of their value. |
| Void Knights' general store | Sells ration packs, which can be used to heal 10 Hitpoints. |
| Void Knight magic store | A rune shop which sells all elemental, mind, body, chaos and death runes. |
Around the island, players can talk to any of the Void Knights to buy Void Knight Equipment and upgrade the Elite Void Knight equipment.
Pest Control
The main feature of the island is Pest Control, a co-operative multi-player combat minigame. The landers at the south side of the island brings players to the Pest Control island when there are 5-25 players in them. The official world for Pest Control is world 344.

Players can dock at the Void Knights' Outpost with level 50 Sailing. The dock north of the town offers the following utilities for sailors:
