The Food Store, operated by Wydin, sells a variety of fresh food, and is located in Port Sarim. It plays a notable role in the Pirate's Treasure quest - it is the drop off point between Karamja and Asgarnia to find the otherwise illegal beverage Karamjan rum, after smuggling it from Karamja.
Starting the quest is not required to access the store. However, to access the back room of the store, the player must have progressed far enough into the quest and be wearing a white apron (which can be taken from the Fishing shop to the north). The back room contains various crates: a crate of cabbages, crate of potatoes, crates of raw chicken, and a crate of bananas.
Each crate is notable for allowing players to take an unlimited amount, albeit one at a time, of low-levelled food stock: cabbages, potatoes, raw chickens and bananas aplenty. As Wydin has a starting price of 1 coin for buying bananas and 0 coins for the other three items, it is not worth taking items from his crates to sell right back to him.

Trivia
- On release in 2001, Wydin's grocery was considered a good place to get food for fighting other players.[1]
- Wydin's grocery was the first source of bananas, prior to both the Bones to bananas spell and the release of Karamja.[2]
