Jack Seagull is a pirate in the Rusty Anchor Inn in Port Sarim. He plays a minor role in the quest Bone Voyage.

When asked what he's doing, he merely says that he is drinking. If the player asks Jack for quests to do, he will direct the player to Redbeard Frank, who starts the Pirate's Treasure quest, and the bartender, who used to start the Goblin Diplomacy quest. If the player has completed both quests, he will direct the player to the Wise Old Man in Draynor Village instead.

• Jack Seagull's name refers to the character Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series.
• If the player asks him for a quest (and has not completed Goblin Diplomacy), he suggests to speak to the Bartender. This was originally the start point for the quest, but was moved in 2006.
• Talking to Jack Seagull or Longbow Ben may randomly trigger an amusing conversation about incorrect grammar and pirate slang between the two of them instead of their standard dialogue.
