Oli is a street urchin in Civitas illa Fortis, south-east of the western bank. He can tell the player which houses are currently unoccupied as part of the stealing valuables activity at the cost of 15 valuables. This cost is waived for those with Gladiator rank at the Fortis Colosseum.

• It is possible to give a bowl of stew to Oli, to which the player will ask "Do you want some... more?" after he eats it, which he declines. This is a reference to the novel Oliver Twist, in which Oliver asks for a second bowl of gruel and is harshly reprimanded for doing so.
