Mistrock is a dwarven settlement on the island of Aldarin, located in the region of Varlamore.

Mistrock used to belong to the Moonrise Brewery and Winery, but it was given to the Cam Torum dwarves who moved there after humans had "one of your wars" as the land was not well suitable for growing grapes, and it presented a new business opportunity. As a result the settlement provides the winery with metals and ores at a reduced rate.

Most of the residents of Mistrock strongly dislike humans and will express hostility to the player in dialogue, telling them to "go back where they came from". Overseer Khougo explains this is because they view humans as subjugating their kind and prospering at the expense of dwarves. Completing The Giant Dwarf and Perilous Moons will cause the Overseer to become slightly less hostile when the player explains the ways they have helped dwarves in the past.

To the east of Mistrock, there is a small net fishing spot - fishing at it between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM UTC will give the player one of the four nasty tokens.

There are no direct teleports to Mistrock, however it is easily accessed through differing teleports to Aldarin and running south:

• Using the Quetzal Transport System to Aldarin.
• Using the western ship from Sunset Coast. Requires paying Antonia 20 coins.
• Using charter ships.
• Casting Teleport to house if the player-owned house is in Aldarin; otherwise a Teleport to house tablet with a Scroll of redirection (requiring 35 construction), or the Construction cape.
• Using Fairy Ring CKQ.
• North Aldarin teleport via the Pendant of ates (Requires completion of Death on the Isle and subsequent activation of the North Aldarin statue).

A pub south east of the bank.

A mining shop on the eastern end of the settlement. Players can purchase pickaxes, chisels, hammers. Players can also sell ores. In the southern room of the shop there is an anvil players can use.

A shield shop east of the bank. Players can purchase square shields and kiteshields from bronze to adamant.

A bank with a deposit box outside. Along with Necto, the bankers are the only dwarves in Mistrock who are not hostile to the player's presence in the outpost.
